2024 - 2027 Election Administration Plan for Yolo County
Counties conducting elections under the Voter's Choice Act must adopt an Election Administration Plan which is reviewed by the public and approved by the California Secretary of State.
The Yolo County Elections Office's Election Administration (EAP) Renewal was approved by the California Secretary of State on December 28, 2023. This milestone is the culmination of a process of public engagement and review of statewide best practices that created a roadmap for implementing the Voter's Choice Act in Yolo County.
