CITY OF WOODLAND, CITY COUNCIL MEMBER - DISTRICT 2

Tom Stallard

CITY OF WOODLAND
CITY COUNCIL MEMBER, DISTRICT 2
TOM STALLARD
I'm proud to be a part of Woodland. Meg and I have built businesses
and made payrolls here, raised a family and lovingly worked to restore
the downtown. Through it all, I like to think we've been Building
Community. I'm running for re-election to continue what we've started.
Financial Responsibility. Four years ago, the City of Woodland was
in financial distress. Today, we've reached stability, but that will take
focus and hard work to maintain. It demands living within our means,
not accumulating debt, keeping water and sewer fees affordable and
remaining independent from outside interests.
Neighborhood Safety. Chronic homelessness has created tough
problems for Woodland. I've led the charge to find better options that
improve life for everyone. I've actively recruited community volunteers
for public safety, senior programs, and youth projects because a more
involved community is a safer community.
Creating Good Jobs. All residents should be able to find good jobs
that can pay a mortgage here in Woodland. I've made Economic
Development in Woodland a top priority.
I'm frugal, independent, and dedicated to building community to protect
Woodland for the next generation. I'd be honored to earn your vote.
