Update from the Yolo County Elections Office Regarding Delivery of Vote by Mail Ballots

The Elections Office has received calls that some voters have not received their Vote by Mail ballots for the upcoming March 3, 2020 Presidential Primary Election.

The deadline to request a Vote by Mail ballot is Tuesday February 25th. Please continue to check your mail and if you have not received your Vote by Mail ballot by February 25th, please call the Elections Office at 530-666-8133 or send an email inquiry to [email protected] to request a replacement Vote by Mail ballot.

The Elections Office is working collaboratively with the post office to ensure election mail is given priority and delivery is made correctly and efficiently. To gain further awareness of your postal deliveries, the Elections Office encourages you to learn about and sign up for informed delivery service with the post office. You can also contact your local post office if you have questions regarding your mail delivery.

Voters are encouraged to vote their ballot, sign their Vote by Mail envelope and return their ballots early. You can return your Vote by Mail ballot through the postal service, as postage is prepaid for this election. You can also drop off your Vote by Mail ballot at the Elections Office or at Library Ballot drop off boxes throughout Yolo County. Lastly, you can also drop off your Vote by Mail ballot on Election Day at any Yolo County polling place.
