Elections Office to Process and Count Vote-by-Mail Ballots This Friday, June 3, 2022

The Yolo County Elections Office will begin the processing and counting of vote by mail ballots for the June 7, 2022, California Statewide Direct Primary Election this Friday, June 3, 2022 starting at 9:00 a.m.  The totaling and posting of election results will begin after 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 7, 2022.

“The processing and counting of vote by mail ballots is open to the public and we welcome anyone who is interested in observing,” says Jesse Salinas, Yolo County Assessor/Clerk-Recorder/Registrar of Voters. It is strongly recommended that all persons, regardless of vaccination status, continue indoor masking at events such as this. If you are interested in observing, please email [email protected].
