Elections Office to Process and Count Vote-by-Mail Ballots for the City of Davis May 2, 2023, All-Mail Ballot Special Municipal Election

The Yolo County Elections Office will begin the processing and counting of vote-by-mail ballots for the City of Davis May 2, 2023, All-Mail Ballot Special Municipal Election on Friday, April 21. The totaling and posting of election results will begin after 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 2, 2023.

The Elections Office will continue to process and count vote-by-mail ballots during regular business hours at the Yolo County Elections Office (625 Court St., Suite B-05, Woodland), including after business hours on Election Day (until 8:00 p.m. on May 2). A voted vote-by-mail ballot in your return identification envelope may be hand delivered to the Elections Office or dropped off at any official ballot drop box by 8:00 p.m. Election Day. If you return your vote-by-mail ballot by mail, the return identification envelopes must be postmarked by Election Day and received by the Elections Office by Friday, May 5.
