Elections Office Now Accepting and Processing Vote-by-Mail Ballots for the City of Davis May 2, 2023, All-Mail Ballot Special Municipal Election

The Yolo County Elections Office completed a successful logic and accuracy testing of the voting equipment on Monday, April 3, 2023. Starting Friday, April 14, the Elections Office will begin to process Vote-by-Mail ballot return identification envelopes for the City of Davis May 2, 2023, All-Mail Ballot Special Municipal Election.

Last week, all active voters in the City of Davis City Council District 3 (2019 boundaries) were mailed a Vote-by-Mail ballot. Voters are encouraged to sign-up for vote-by-mail ballot tracking at https://california.ballottrax.net/voter/. Those who sign-up will receive automated notifications about their vote-by-mail ballots by email, text, or voice call.

The Elections Office will continue to accept and process vote by mail ballots during regular business hours, including after business hours on Election Day (until 8:00 p.m. on May 2). For the most up to date daily times for return identification envelopes processing, please contact the office at (530) 666-8133. Return identification envelope processing will occur at the Yolo County Elections Office, 625 Court St., Suite B-05, Woodland.
