Elections Office to Begin Logic and Accuracy Testing

The Yolo County Elections Office will begin logic and accuracy testing of the voting equipment on Thursday, May 12, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. for the June 7, 2022, Statewide Direct Primary Election. The Logic and Accuracy testing will occur at the Yolo County Elections Office located at 625 Court Street, Suite B-05, Woodland, CA 95695. 

“The Logic and Accuracy Test (LAT) is a verification process that ensures our voting equipment and software are functioning properly. To promote transparency in elections the LAT process and the scanning of ballots are open to the public,” says Jesse Salinas, Yolo County Assessor/Clerk-Recorder/Registrar of Voters. “We welcome visitors to the Elections Office to observe this process.”  It is strongly recommended that all persons, regardless of vaccine status, continue indoor masking at events such as this.
