Measure Argument-Rebuttal Signature Statement

An Argument and/or Rebuttal shall not be accepted unless it is accompanied by a signature statement with the printed name(s) and signature(s) of the person or persons submitting it, or, if submitted on behalf of an organization, the name of the organization and the printed name and signature of at least one of its principal officers. No more than five signatures shall appear with any Argument or Rebuttal. In case any Argument or Rebuttal is signed by more than five persons, the signatures of the first five shall be printed.
